I wanted to drop the Heat below 21, but the teams below them are just flat out bad. Miami was 24-16 before dropping eight of their last ten matchups. They are in the conversation with the worst teams in the East over the last two weeks and it is safe to say Terry Rozier has not yet made the impact Pat Riley expected.
