Coming in last in the preseason rankings are the Washington Wizards. The Wizards are another team in rebuilding mode with some interesting pieces. Adding Tyus Jones and Jordan Poole could prove to be the backcourt of the future. Yet, the Wizards will not be worth writing home about this season.
